Star show is wheelchair accessible for those already in own wheelchair. We do not provide wheelchairs.

PLEASE NOTE: Star Show location: Naupaka Spa & Fitness Center on the 6th floor rooftop tennis courts (this is a separate building from the hotel, attached and above the hotel parking lot structure).  Guests will wait and meet at the Spa on 1st floor by golden elevators (security access controlled) to be escorted by the astronomer to the star show.  Please arrive no later then 5 minutes prior to your show time to avoid disruption of star show. You will receive a cell phone text on weather status by 6 pm the day of your event.

No alcohol, smoking nor pets are allowed during the star show, nor on the hotel property.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

This experience requires good weather.
If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
