Aerial Tram Ride with Doughnuts at Sunrise in Portland Oregon
Overview
The Aerial Tram and downtown Portland offer spectacular views and unique experiences. Guests will be picked up in central downtown Portland and have the opportunity to visit a favorite coffee roaster for a coffee or tea.
- ☕ A walk to the Aerial Tram at OHSU will follow, where you'll ride this Italian engineering marvel to enjoy stunning city views.
- 🌅 Depending on sunrise timing and weather, guests may see the sun crest the horizon or enjoy early morning city vistas.
- 📖 After returning to the bottom, we will share the story of the bridge's lights and provide orientation to the city's layout.
- 🚠 The Aerial Tram connects Oregon Health Sciences University with the South Waterfront neighborhood, built in 2006.
- 👥 Guests will join students and medical staff on their daily tram ride.

From the top to the bottom, the Aerial Tram is a quick ride; we'll take our time at the top and then descend down together to the Lower Tram Terminal. Here, we'll learn more about why the tram was installed at OHSU, and what it means to the city and its visitors.

Oregon Health & Science UniversityOHSU is Portland's biggest employer and an architectural marvel, perched as it is on top of a tall, narrow peak of the Tualatin mountains. Thanks to its dedication to patient well-being, the teaching hospital and research facility is packed with art, some of which we'll experience before boarding the tram.
