Enjoy a small & personal mixed levels yoga class while watching the sun rise over Koh Lipe. The class is mix of varying yoga styles & suitable for all levels of practice.
The class begins with a gentle warm up on the mat followed by a few rounds of sun salutations before we take some standing postures, balancing postures & seated postures. Finishing off with deep relaxation and a short meditation. Start your day the right way!
