Minimum Age: Guests must be 5 years or older to participate.

ATV Drivers: Minimum age to drive is 16 years. Drivers under 18 require an adult to sign the waiver.

ATV Passengers: Minimum age is 5 years and minimum height is 1.20 m (3.9 ft).

What to Wear: Wear comfortable or athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes.

What to Bring: Bring sunscreen and an additional payment method for the mandatory park fee, optional photos, vehicle protection, souvenirs and gratuities.

Phones & Cameras: Phones, cameras and other electronic devices are not permitted during the activities for safety reasons.

Ocean Safety: The ocean at Migriño Beach has strong currents and potentially dangerous conditions and is not suitable for swimming. Guests are not permitted to enter the ocean at any time during the tour. Entering the ocean will result in immediate cancellation of the activity without refund or rejoining the tour.

Mandatory Park Entrance Fee: $25 USD per person, paid onsite.

Vehicle Protection: Optional vehicle protection is available for the ATV. If declined, a credit card is required for a temporary hold, released after the tour if there is no damage.

Professional Photos: A professional photographer captures moments during the experience. Photo packages are available for purchase.

Transportation Included: Roundtrip transportation is included from selected hotels in Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo & the Tourist Corridor, as well as cruise pickup. Transportation must be reserved at least 24 hours in advanc

Hotel Guests: Provide your hotel/accommodation name at the time of booking. Pickup generally begins approximately 30 minutes before your selected tour time. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before your confirmed pickup time.

Cruise Guests: Provide your cruise ship’s full name and docking time at the time of booking. Pickup is generally at OXXO Plaza Gali, near the Cabo San Lucas cruise tender port. Exact pickup instructions will be confirmed with your reservation.

Cruise Guarantee – No Port, No Pay: If your cruise ship does not call at the port, you will receive a full refund.

Tour Duration: Total duration is approximately 4.5 hours, including transportation time.

Weather & Operational Conditions: If the activity is canceled due to weather or operational conditions, you will receive a full refund or may reschedule without penalty, subject to availability.

Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.

Weight Limit: Maximum 125 kg (270 lb) per person for the camel ride.

Alcohol & Substances: Guests under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will not be permitted to participate.
