After a quick presentation and safety guidelines, you will receive all the equipment needed to practice the Stand Up Paddle, including vest and board.
If you’ve never practiced, don’t worry! Let's start with a basic instruction in the sand, and then we go together to the calm water and protect DA the shore. The idea is to sail with tranquility DA DE, enjoying each moment of the transformation of the sky, the sea and slowly reveal the contour of the mountains, the Bread of Sugar and the Christ Redeemer in the background.
