As soon as you arrive at the school we will get to know each other, then we will change and go down with the material to the beach where the activity takes place. The first hour will be dedicated to the approach to yoga on the table. Once anchored on the floating platform, we will begin to practice simple asanas for everyone, to begin to become familiar with the new element on which we practice Yoga, water. you will be amazed how you will be able to practice the positions while being balanced on the table.
