During your surf lessons, you’ll get hands-on guidance to catch your first wave or refine your technique. Here’s what you can expect:

Introduction to Surfing: You’ll start with a quick briefing where we explain the basics of surfing, like how to paddle, balance, and pop up on your board.

Safety Tips: We’ll cover essential safety rules, ocean awareness, and how to stay safe while enjoying the waves. You’ll also learn how to identify the best waves and surf conditions for your skill level.

Warm-up and Stretching: To prepare your body, we’ll do some warm-up exercises to ensure you’re loose and ready to move in the water.

Surfboard Introduction: You’ll be introduced to your surfboard, how to position it, and how to care for it. We’ll ensure you’re comfortable before heading into the water.

Paddling and Catching Waves: We’ll guide you as you practice paddling and getting used to the feeling of being on the board. Then, you’ll try catching some small, manageable waves under the supervision of your instructor.

Pop-up Practice: You’ll practice the movement of popping up from lying down to standing on the board, first on the beach, then out in the water when you’re ready
