Sushi Making 101
Overview
Ready to roll like a pro? In this hands-on class, Chef Michelle will guide you step by step through the art of making sushi-inspired rolls from scratch. You’ll start by learning how to properly cook sushi rice, slice fresh veggies like a pro, and whip up a flavorful dipping sauce inspired by traditional Japanese ingredients.
This class is laid-back and beginner-friendly—perfect whether you're completely new to sushi or just looking to pick up a new skill. You’ll make three of your own custom rolls, including a California roll, a spicy salmon roll, and a veggie roll wrapped in seaweed using classic sushi-style ingredients. Get creative and make each roll your own! No prior experience is needed—just bring your love of food and a willingness to have fun.
Chef Michelle will have your station set up with fresh ingredients and all the tools you need. It’s easy, interactive, and a great time all around.
Whether you're planning a fun date night, a team-building outing, or a family-friendly activity, this class is a fantastic way to connect over great food. Grab a friend, your partner, or your coworkers, and join us for a sushi-making adventure! You’ll leave with new skills, delicious rolls, and plenty of good memories.
