You’ll visit a mix of historic and boutique wineries. Taste classic Hunter Semillon, explore Shiraz or Chardonnay, and understand why each wine tastes the way it does.
I’m passionate about the Hunter, with years of experience in hospitality and working with people. I’ve run my own restaurant, organised weddings, and completed WSET Levels 1 and 2 in wine and spirits, so I’ll guide you through the day in a way that feels personal, and easy to enjoy.

You’ll taste classic, savoury, dry wines made from some of the oldest producing vines in the country, including their signature Semillon, known for its fresh citrus notes that develop beautifully with age. It’s not about trends here, it’s about tradition, balance, and understanding what makes this region unique.
