Your teacher Teresa was born and raised in Syracuse and has been leading cooking classes for six years. Now, in her winter home just steps from Ortigia, she continues to share the traditional family recipes that shaped her culinary heritage.
Together, you’ll cook three seasonal Sicilian dishes and learn new culinary skills, such as making fresh pasta from scratch. You’ll also discover the stories behind local ingredients — where they come from, how they’re produced, and why they matter in Sicilian cuisine.
The class takes place in a warm and welcoming apartment in the heart of the city, and you’ll be fully involved in every step of the process, from dough to finishing touches.
The menu changes daily and can be adapted to your dietary needs (except gluten-free).
