Overview
Your teacher Teresa was born and raised in Syracuse and has been teaching family recipes for six years. You'll cook three seasonal Sicilian dishes and learn new cooking skills, such as making fresh pasta from scratch or Sicilian arancine and cannoli.
The class takes place in a warm and cozy apartment in the heart of the city, near Ortigia, and you will be fully involved in every step of the process.
The menu changes daily and can be adapted to your dietary needs (except gluten-free).
