CHILD POLICY: For the enjoyment and best experience for all guests: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. As the show is intimate and acoustic, we kindly ask for complete silence during the show. Adults are responsible for ensuring that their children remain quiet throughout the show. If this is not possible, we kindly ask the adult temporarily to step out of the show with the child. Our team will be happy to assist you with anything you need. Please note: Children under 4 years old are NOT permitted to attend the show.

COMPLIMENTARY DRINK & ALCOHOL POLICY: One complimentary drink is included per guest, with a variety of options to choose from. Please note that alcoholic beverages are only served to guests aged 18 or older, as required by law.

ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION: The venue is accessible for strollers and non-motorized wheelchairs. Please note: The elevator door measures 70 cm, internal cabin dimensions: 90 x 90 cm. Some areas have uneven surfaces, which could pose difficulties for guests with limited mobility or those using wheelchairs. We recommend that guests with mobility concerns contact us in advance so we can help plan and facilitate your visit.

PHOTO & VIDEO POLICY: To respect the artists' image rights, preserve the intimacy of the live show, and minimize distractions, photography and video recording are strictly prohibited during the show. However, a special photo moment will be announced during the final 5 minutes of the show, during which guests are welcome to take as many photos and videos as they like.

DINNER & SHOW BOOKINGS: Guests booking the dinner and show ticket will enjoy preferred seating and a complete cultural and culinary experience, with pre-show dining available for up to 80 guests.

SHOW ATTENDANCE: Overall attendance is limited to 120 guests, ensuring an intimate and immersive experience for all.
