Step into a traditional Korean martial arts studio and experience Taekwondo in its authentic form. You’ll start with a warm welcome and a short introduction to the history and philosophy behind Taekwondo. Then, under the guidance of a certified black belt master, you’ll learn basic stances, blocks, punches, and kicks — all designed to help you understand the core principles of this Olympic sport.

This session includes light and controlled sparring, guided by a certified instructor. While the focus remains on form, movement, and cultural understanding, participants will also have the opportunity to safely apply techniques in a partner-based drill.
