From a local tavern with ibérico product and cheese to a neighbourhood tapas bar with all the classics and some modern bites, to a proper Andalusian freiduría, ending at a sit-down market bar with featuring exceptional tuna products caught using ancient techniques. All paired with a proper local wine, beer, or what your guide recommends.

Calle De FeriaNo food tour in Seville is complete without a stop at a proper freiduría. We visit one of the best on Calle Feria, where the fish goes straight from the market into the oil, served in a paper cone the Andalusian way. Crispy, light and absolutely worth the wait.

Mercado De La FeriaWe finish the evening the way any Sevillian would: sitting down at a market bar for the most comforting round of the night.
