This immersive 2hr easy stroll tour combines Provincetown’s vibrant food and drink culture with its rich history, from its days as a haven for pilgrims aboard The Mayflower to it's days as a Portuguese fishing village to its status as a modern LGBTQ+ haven and artistic hub. You’ll visit iconic bars, breweries, and eateries, sampling local craft beverages and bites while learning about P-town’s storied past, including its maritime heritage, Art & Writing Culture, Prohibition-era smuggling, cultural evolution and fascinating theatre history.
Tour Details:
Duration: Approximately 90 Minutes- 2 Hours
Group Size: Maximum of 14 participants for an intimate experience
Start Time: 3:00 PM (flexible, confirm at booking)
Meeting Point: Provincetown Library, Commercial St, Provincetown, MA
End Point: The Boatslip Just in time for Tea Dance!
Price: includes tastings, drinks, and guided experience
Accessibility: Moderate walking (1-2 miles); not wheelchair accessible. Comfortable shoes recommended.
