And that is how they transformed the landscape, creating an absolutely majestic and magical setting.

This family-owned winery, special for its close and personal service, offers a variety of wines from the volcanic land, such as Listán Negro, Moscatel, and of course, Malvasía Volcánica, which is the queen of all local crops, but in each family it has its own unique and characteristic flavor.

Bodega StratvsStratvus is our favorite winery, and it will be the cherry on top to finish this tour. The house was rebuilt in 2008 by this family of farmers and winemakers who are creating not only very special wines but also a wide variety of dairy products such as yogurts, curds, and cheeses of all kinds. In 2024, they won the first prize in all of Spain with their cheese made from Jersey cow milk raised in Lanzarote, called Don Nicolás. Don’t miss the experience and come taste all of this with us.
