In the experience we will taste 3 different mezcals (or other artisan distillates) while we talk and learn a little about their production method and about agaves.
Each mezcal is made by different producers, mezcal cooperatives or small producing families from Oaxaca. In this experience the most important thing is the desire to know the diversity of flavors, aromas and textures.
In this experience we seek to teach you about the unique gastronomic heritage of Oaxaca and the richness in the great diversity of plants to make mezcal, we will tell you about the history of the culture and all the flavors that you will find in a mezcal, in addition to sharing our private mezcal collection.
In a few words, there will be a tasting of Organic Mezcales, a talk with mezcal stories, recommendation of mezcalerias and some welcome surprises to our city.
