Your journey begins with a quick transfer from your accommodation to the Phuket Thai Cooking school, with pick up roughly 30-40 minutes before your scheduled start time. Departure for the local morning market. Our chef will guide you while you discover the diverse Thai fruits and vegetables. Explain the use of multicolored spices and buying fresh ingredients to be used to cook at the class.
Return to the cooking class. We will quickly teach you all you need to know about the herbs, vegetables, and spices used in Thai food. We teach and let you make your own Curry Paste from scratch using mortar and pestle. Savor a mouthwatering Thai made by yourself.
• 10:30am - 10:50am Pickup at your hotel lobby
• 11:00am Local Market tour (walking you through the authentic lifestyle and buying fresh ingredients to be used to cook at the class, fruit tasting).
• 11:45am Arriving at our class will be served with water and herbal drinks. Get to know each other participants, relax, take pictures.
• 12:00pm Introduction to ingredients home-style session begins, serving and eating what you have cooked, enjoying the meals together.
• 02:00pm End of class and ready to go back.
