Private Capoeira lessons from a professional teacher in Abrantes, The training offers a warm-up and a stretching session to get your body ready to learn or improve your capoeira skills. There is an excursion to the Berimbau factory where you can build your own music instrument and get a lesson how to play it.
If you visit us on Mondays or Wendsday you can stay for the local training in the evening.
