- 🌲 Day 4: Trek for 5–6 hours to Tengboche (3,860m), enjoying stunning views of Ama Dablam along a scenic ridge.

Day two: 5-6 hours climbing, crossing suspension bridges into Sagarmatha National Park, up to Namche Bazaar (3,440m).
Day three: acclimatize in Namche. A 2-3 hour hike to Everest View Hotel or Khumjung helps your lungs adjust.
Day four: ridge walk with Ama Dablam in view, 5-6 hours to Tengboche and its famous monastery.
Day five: through Pangboche into open valley country, 5-6 hours to Dingboche (4,410m).
Day six: second acclimatization stop. 2-3 hour hike to Nangkartsang, near 5,000m, then back to Dingboche.
Day seven: 5-6 hours to Lobuche (4,940m) via Thukla Pass, past memorials for climbers lost on Everest.
Day eight: the long day. 7-8 hours to Gorakshep (5,164m) and on to Everest Base Camp (5,364m). Sleep back in Gorakshep.
Day nine: pre-dawn climb to Kala Patthar (5,545m), the trek's highest point, timed for sunrise on Everest. Then descend 4-5 hours to Pheriche.
Day ten: 6-7 hours back to Namche.
Day eleven: 6-7 hours to Lukla for your last night before flying out.
