Your journey begins with cacao beans and a traditional volcanic stone metate. Grind the cacao by hand and transform it into a cacao paste, then use it to craft your own artisan truffles with premium seeds, nuts, and more.
Next, indulge in single-origin chocolate fondue paired with traditional Mexican sweets and chili mango. Finish with a chocolate pairing featuring premium Tequila, Mezcal, Wine, and Coffee Liqueur, discovering how different flavors reveal new dimensions in our single-origin chocolate.
