In time of high water the tour will not take place.

The tour is collective, so the presence of other participants who have booked is to be expected.

Because of the particular shape of Venice and logistic issues that arise, we cannot guarantee that the intended route of the tour is fully accessible to people with disabilities. This means that some parts of the route may be closed to people in wheelchairs and or with physical impairments. The tour will cross four bridges.

Locate in advance the meeting point on the map to avoid arriving late especially in the event of strikes, demonstrations or bad weather: we cannot guarantee you any refund (in full or in part) if you do not present yourself at the meeting point at the specified time or if you decide to leave the experience before the end.
