I invite you to cook empanadas at my family’s home, right in the heart of San Telmo, the oldest and most picturesque neighborhood in the city! We’ll start with a well-prepared mate while I share stories about this bohemian corner of Buenos Aires, the birthplace of tango, where magic can be found on every corner.

Then, we’ll get hands-on with the dough, making empanadas from scratch—kneading, rolling, and shaping them just as my grandmother taught me. You can choose between the classic beef filling or a veggie option, and I’ll show you how to seal them with the traditional repulgue.

We’ll pair the experience with a delicious Malbec, and for dessert, we’ll make exquisite alfajorcitos filled with dulce de leche.
