Ville-DommangeWe will then go to Villedommange. We will start with a visit to the cellar DE la cooperative, to understand the subtleties DE wood vinification. We will taste our cuvée Isid'or, from the wrath and barrels of the cellar. After a visit to our typical Champagne cellar, excavated from chalk more DE 200 years ago, you will end with a tasting in our house. This experience, combining 3 champagnes and local specialties, will introduce you to food and wine pairings.
