After meeting your experienced SUP guide/instructor at Perea, you will start with a friendly safety and technique briefing. You will learn how to stand on the board, keep your balance, paddle correctly, move safely on the water, and use the equipment with confidence.
Once everyone feels ready, you will enter the water and begin a relaxed 3-hour Stand Up Paddleboarding session along the beautiful coastline of Peraia. The pace is easy and beginner-friendly, so no previous SUP experience is required.
During the activity, you will enjoy sea views, fresh air, light physical exercise, and relaxing stops along the route for rest, photos, and time to take in the scenery. Your guide/instructor will stay with the group throughout the experience, offering support, tips, and guidance whenever needed.
At the end of the session, you will paddle back and finish the activity with a refreshing sense of having experienced Thessaloniki from a completely different perspective.
