Your instructor will lead a carefully designed yoga flow, guiding you through gentle postures. This isn’t about extreme poses; rather, it’s a grounding practice designed to help you connect with the natural rhythm of the ocean beneath you.
Along the way, you’ll learn tips for improving balance and focus, both on and off the paddleboard. This practice offers a refreshing new way to experience yoga as you’re surrounded by the serene sounds and views of the ocean.
