Our Lady of the RocksThis stunning man-made island is one of Montenegro’s most iconic cultural and historical landmarks. According to local legend, it was built over centuries by seafarers who laid stones in the sea after each successful voyage. During your visit, our captain will share the fascinating story behind its creation. The island’s highlight is the beautiful Roman Catholic church, built in 1630, which houses an impressive collection of silver plaques engraved with scenes from maritime life in the Bay of Kotor. Inside, you’ll also find 68 remarkable baroque-style paintings by local artist Tripo Kokolja, making this stop a perfect blend of history, art, and tradition.

From the boat, you'll enjoy scenic views of this impressive stone structure surrounded by turquoise waters, and learn about its fascinating military past and eerie transformation into a modern landmark.
