Tonsina Creek TrailTake a walk through the mossy forest to emerge out onto Tonsina Beach with a stunning view of Resurrection Bay and the many surrounding mountains. Not extremely strenuous, but note that much of the hike is uphill with some steeper downhill sections. Learn about some of the important historical figures of Resurrection Bay, the area’s role in World War II, and an understanding of the beautiful animals and plants that inhabit the trail system.
