Tour 7 Ausangate Lagoons
Overview
Inca mythology speaks of the mountain and Sibinacocha, a nearby lake, as the source of masculine energy that nourishes Mother Earth, Pachamama. The waters journey to the Amazon, returning nightly to replenish the lakes and glaciers, forming the river of stars known as Willkamayu or the Milky Way.
