You will immerse yourself in a journey into the millenary culture of pizza.
An experience to live in one of the oldest pizzerias in Naples founded in 1923 and become renowned for the famous "cart wheel" pizza, so-called due to its enormous size.
Accompanied by expert pizza masters, you will be shown and explained all the raw materials needed to make the pizza; you will knead it until you get the right consistency you need to prepare an excellent pizza.
Then the dough will be "rolled out" to create the typical shape and then stuffed with the ingredients that have made it famous all over the world: tomato, mozzarella, basil and olive oil.
Here is the key moment: You will bake your first pizza!
