Throughout the class, Annamaria will guide you through the process of making pasta - explaining the different types of flour used, and showing you how to roll and shape the dough using both a rolling pin and a pasta machine and how to prepare pasta fillings using seasonal, fresh ingredients. For the cooking class learn to cook fresh egg pasta and tiramisu or risotto and panna cotta or pizza or gnocchi and tiramisu.
