This area is known for its dramatic Arctic scenery and offers excellent photo opportunities. Kattfjordvatnet is a scenic lake surrounded by open terrain and mountain scenery. We pause here briefly to enjoy the landscape and capture photos of the varied Arctic environment found on Kvaløya.

SommaroySommarøy is a coastal island community known for its white sandy beaches and clear waters. This is the longest stop of the tour, allowing time to walk along the shoreline, explore the surroundings, and enjoy Norwegian snacks and hot drinks while taking in views of the open sea.
