If you stay on 5th avenue or nearby streets, by municipal regulation, access to vehicles from Tours is not allowed on pedestrian streets, so the pick-up place for everyone will be in Cocobongo Playa del Carmen.
If you take a taxi, tell the operator to take you to the Oasis Smart hotel on Avenida Tulum in Cancun Downtown, as a reference the hotel is in front of the BBVA Bancomer and Santander banks on Avenida Tulum.

Cenotes Casa Tortuga TulumIn the Cenotes Casa Tortuga natural park you will have the opportunity to swim in 4 cenotes, two open-air and two cavern-type, here you will have a guided tour that lasts an hour and a half and additionally you will have 30 minutes to tour the park and swim on your own in the open cenote that you liked the most.
