Tours start from the Tae Rak Aquaculture Centre (Lake Condah) - Vaghans Road, Breakaway Creek, VIC, 3303. Please arrive 15 mins prior to the tour start time.

Meet at the Tae Rak Aquaculture Centre, and travel around 20 mins to the next location.

Your guide will show you extensive kooyang (eel) traps, stone channels, remnants of ancient stone house sites and kooyang smoking trees. Then travel around 20 mins to the next location.

Budj Bim National ParkSee ancient Budj Bim volcanic crater, now Lake Surprise, take a guided bush walk of the park and go inside one of Budj Bim’s lava caves. Then travel around 20 mins back to the Tae Rak Aquaculture Centre.
If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
