In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to prepare traditional Turkish mezes, including:

Carrot Tarator: A fresh and tangy carrot dish.
Eggplant Meze (İmam Bayıldı): A flavorful, spice-infused eggplant recipe.
Haydari: A rich, garlicky yogurt meze.
