Eat like a Local and experience the Eternal City as a real Roman on this unique food & history adventure with more than 15 Gourmet Food & Wine tastings.
A Roman archaeologist will guide you through hidden gems of the city during a “walking aperitif”.
In the narrow streets of Campo de Fiori, we will start with a typical Roman aperitif. After the toast, we will immerse ourselves in the world of the Roman street food, tasting pizza "al taglio" in an ancient bakery opened in 1880 and then a real supplì in one of the last family run “friggitoria”, where the family works since 1860. Here we will pair the supplì with a beer and a surprise!
We will then move in a unique venue: a traditional shops where a family offers cheese and cold cuts produced in their farm just out of Rome. And obviously there is no aperitif without some good wine!
We will finish our “walking Roman aperitif” with a “sweet touch” (no spoiler!), in the area of Piazza Navona, one of the most beautiful squares of Rome

Campo De' Fioriwe will have an exclusive acces to the last traditional family grocery shop of the area, paring different cheeses and salami with a local wine We will have a glimpse of the Roman street food, with the pizza "al taglio" in an ancient bakery opened in 1880 and than we will seat down for dinner in a cozy restaurant, having a traditional bruschetta and the best Carbonara in town, cooked by a Michelin Star Chef.
