We will walk through a peaceful complex filled with ornate temples, prayer halls, and traditional Tibetan-style architecture, where monks still practice daily rituals. We will hear the soft sounds of chanting, bells, and prayer wheels, creating a calm and reflective atmosphere in the middle of the city. A highlight of the visit is the magnificent 26.5-meter Migjid Janraisig Statue, a towering gilded image of Avalokiteshvara, the Bodhisattva of Compassion. Visitors can observe locals offering prayers, lighting incense, and walking clockwise around the temple while spinning prayer wheels for good fortune.
