We will start the day with a local fresh market tour to shop for ingredients, try some Thai fruit, dessert and snack. After a market tour, we will go back to the cooking studio.
When you arrive, we will serve a welcome drink (lemongrass tea with honey) as refreshment.
After that, I will introduce the main ingredients including vegetables, spices, and herbs.
Then we will start preparing and cooking 4 different authentic Thai dishes.
Afterwards, you will enjoy your own Thai cooking dishes. We also have a souvenir for you. It is a Thai cooking set (including herbal curry paste and seasoning) for you to cook your Thai food at home.
