The meeting point is conveniently located near the Tulancingo Highway, directly across from another hot air balloon launch site. Follow Google Maps or Waze to “UpBase Hot Air Balloon Flights” and look for the UpBase sign at the entrance. Please arrive 25 minutes before your scheduled check-in time.

The meeting point is conveniently located near the Tulancingo Highway, directly across from another hot air balloon launch site. Follow Google Maps or Waze to “UpBase Hot Air Balloon Flights” and look for the UpBase sign at the entrance. Please arrive 25 minutes before your scheduled check-in time.
Your experience begins at the UpBase meeting point, where our team will welcome you and guide you through the check-in process. All passengers must present a valid government-issued photo ID (including minors, if applicable) and sign the required flight documentation before participating. Once check-in is complete, enjoy a light coffee break while watching our experienced ground crew prepare and inflate the hot air balloon.
Before takeoff, your certified pilot will provide a comprehensive safety briefing and explain what to expect during the flight. Then, you’ll embark on a peaceful hot air balloon ride over the magnificent Pyramids of Teotihuacan and the surrounding valley, taking in spectacular panoramic views from above.
After landing, join the traditional post-flight toast to celebrate your adventure and receive a commemorative flight certificate. Our ground crew will then transport you back to the meeting point, where your experience concludes.
