If the tour vehicle is changed or replaced due to force majeure, the participating guests on the day can receive a partial refund ($15/person) to compensate for the difference in the price of the vehicle.

No refunds will be given for fees already paid.

Your tour guide will contact you one day prior to the tour to confirm the exact departure time. If you do not hear from your guide, it may be because they were unable to reach you. Please contact us the day before departure to confirm your pick-up location and time.

If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.
