After a short safety briefing, we’ll head to St. Joseph’s Cathedral — one of Hanoi’s most iconic landmarks. You’ll have time to take photos and enjoy some local snacks such as Nem Chua Nuong (grilled fermented pork rolls) and Banh Goi (Vietnamese empanadas) in a charming nearby alley. Built in 1884, St. Joseph’s Cathedral was designed in a style reminiscent of Notre Dame de Paris.
