The two cities share a certain similarities yet so different in development and fascinating with their own charms.
In this one day trip, I will share with you the old and new sides of Macau. We will wander through old streets mixed of colonial architecture and old southern Chinese houses, to the new mesmerising casino buildings in Taipa where some people calls it a "Vagas 2. 0". In my years of food writing I was fascinated by the unique ways how Macau preserved and developed its food culture. In this trip, I will bring you to one of my favourite Macau Portuguese restaurants for lunch as well as stopping for local snacks and traditional desserts on the way.
