A tour of the winery of almost three hours that begins with a walk through the historic Señorío de Otazu built in the Middle Ages. Along this section of the route you will be able to admire the 12th century Romanesque church, the 14th century dovecote tower and the 16th century palace.

Bodega OtazuAfterwards, we visit the old 19th century winery building, converted into a wine museum and the contemporary art spaces of the Otazu Foundation, awarded the "A" Prize for Collecting 2020, granted by the ARCO Foundation. Likewise, the new facilities of the winery are shown, where the impressive barrel room known as "the Cathedral of Wine", the production room and the wine cemetery stand out.
