Return details
The hike itself takes approximately 3-4 hours (1.5 hours each way). This hike requires a moderate level of fitness. Most importantly you need good balance and sure-footedness, as we are walking over rocks and tree roots. We take a slow and relaxed pace to accommodate a tranquil, mindful experience.
Sturdy footwear required (sneakers fine, no flip-flops). Wear comfortable clothing (shorts and tshirt ok) and wear your swimsuit under your clothing if you'd like take a dip in the waterfall pool and/or the hot springs. Bring a bottle of water and towel with you. Water refills and light snacks will be provided.
