There, in the monumental beauty of the surroundings, you will you will enjoy swimming and relaxation while the well-known Panos, the fisherman whom was chosen by Gordon Ramsey, and one of the most sought-after professionals in Crete, together with other hand-picked spear fishermen, dive to a depth of 30m with spear guns to hunt for your meal.
The catch includes every kind of treasure from the sea, every category of fish and crustacean. Whatever the result, “the tastiest fish is the freshest”! And the experience of tasting fish which is brought out of the sea before your eyes is unforgettable.
Panos will share with you the adventure of his underwater fishing, the names of the various fish, he will descale and clean the fish on the spot and will prepare with the other staff the rest of your unforgettable escape.
