We start at Casa Pumagui, in Villaseca, where the necessary equipment and a brief induction are delivered. We started a guided hike along a medium-difficulty trail, with some slopes and exposure to the arid climate of the Elqui Valley, until we reached an exotic and wild oasis characteristic of the Elqui Valley. During the wellness day, breathing exercises, body activation and simple mindfulness practices are carried out, guided by local facilitators. The experience includes a healthy snack break, teaching about Andean Good Living, and ends with a sound therapy session with Tibetan bowls, Andean sounds and guided meditation in the middle of nature. It is a therapeutic experience with learning in the inner connection.
Important: This activity requires basic fitness and is not recommended for people with reduced mobility or who are not used to hiking on natural terrain. It is also not recommended for those with low resistance to the dry and sunny climate of the Elqui Valley. The use of trekking shoes is mandatory. Those who do not have this requirement will not be able to participate for security reasons.
