The experience begins at Casa Pumagui, located in Villaseca. There we will welcome you and deliver the necessary equipment for the hike.
We start a short and easy to reach journey, accompanied by local guides. The road gives us beautiful views of the Elqui Valley, in a natural environment that invites connection and calm.
After the walk, we arrive at a hidden corner between the mountains, an oasis of peace and energy. Here we begin with energy activation exercises, conscious breathing and gentle movements coordinated with breathing.
You will learn simple mindfulness practices, focused on connecting body, mind and environment. This part is designed so you can incorporate wellness tools into your everyday life.
We share a break with a healthy snack as we reflect on the principles of Good Andean Living.
We close the cycle with a guided meditation and sound therapy session with Tibetan bowls, allowing the vibrations to harmonize body and mind in the middle of nature. We end with group reflection on what was experienced and practiced. Then, we enjoyed the natural environment before embarking on the return to Casa Pumagui.
