- If 1–2 guests spot a whale or blow, the tour is successful. Booking means you accept these terms.
- Pick-up (first come, first served, If seats full or booked after 15:00 prior day, may be declined.)
- From Feb 1 to Mar 15, 2025, a refund or reboarding is offered only if no whales are seen.
- All Fees and Taxes
- On Sundays, as Kokusai Street becomes a pedestrian zone, pick-up locations may change.
- Chatan "Hamagawa fishing port" pick-up place only available for "Chatan departure" option
- "NAHA departure" option, all pick-up places are available except "Hamagawa fishing port"
- From Chatan : Port Facility fee (200￥/from 12YO, 100¥/under 12) to pay by Cash at the port

shorter if it's spoted early. Then we will look at it for 1 hour.
*Whales are wild animals, spotting them is not guaranteed. (ONLY from 1 Feb 2025 to 15 March 2025 you might get a refund or try to board again if not find.)
Even if only 1 or 2 guests spot the whale or just its blow the tour is considered successful, and no refund will be issued. By making a booking, you are deemed to have accepted these conditions.
