Valldøla river is perfect for rafting. The exciting rapids with fresh and clear water coming from Reinheimen National Park, are spread out along the entire length of the 11km river. We can promise you excitement, swimming a rapid and not least served a local delicacy. Grading of the lower section of the Valldøla river which we raft, is grade 3. This means a lot of fun, but also calmer parts where you get to enjoy the scenery.

The trip starts at our office, where our welcoming guides will inform you about today’s trip and provide each guest with important rafting equipment: Wetsuits, rafting shoes, helmets, and life jackets. From our office, we will provide a transfer to where the rafting begins. Here the trip leader will give a thorough safety briefing before splitting the group into different boats with their guide and the adventure begins!

After some easy training in a safe area, the trip starts with exciting rapids and waves through the first section of the Valldøla. As the river calms, we take our first break on the riverbanks.
