We, as a Auschwitz-Krakow Tours, are not responsible for any refusal to enter the Salt Mine Wieliczka later than the time indicated on the ticket due to customers arriving late for the previously agreed pick-up time, which will result in missing the guided tour.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
