Discover a different and engaging way to experience the magic of the vineyard and the cellar!
Our tour starts in the organic vineyards, where you can touch the vines of Sangiovese and Foglia Tonda and understand the stages of their vegetative cycle.
The visit continues in the wine-making room where there are several containers to make the wine: steel vats, concrete truncated cones, amphorae and Clayver... In the “sound room” there is a truly unique experience and you can learn to listen to the vines in the four seasons of the year and at different times of the day.
In the basement of the sixteenth-century Villa the tour continues in the barrel cellar with barrels and tonneau. You can go up to the attic where the vinsantaia is and go down to the personal bottle shop of Donatella Cinelli Colombini and the infernotto of the antique Brunello. Places almost secret and full of charm.
The tour ends with a tasting of 3 excellent wines: Chianti Superiore DOCG, Cinderella Orcia DOC and Brunello di Montalcino DOCG. All accompanied by delicious pieces of seasoned Tuscan salami.
