Visit to the vineyard and artichoke farm followed by a tasting of wines produced in the lagoon with an oenologist. We will talk especially about Dorona, an ancient native grape variety of Venice that is grown only in the islands of the lagoon in limited quantities. The peculiarity of the wine is given by a unique terroir, where the roots of the vine meet with a salty soil, giving life to a wine with iodized and brackish sensations.
